Good day. He will tell you how to be. I have a business license, and I wanted to transfer the license from the old phone to the new one. But I can't deactivate the old license. What can be done?

With a Business license, you are able to use TeamViewer on up to 3 devices to connect to remote devices, and it comes with 10 moves to replace or change the device.

If reset moves are available, you may be able to replace a licensed device: kindly try to deactivate a device from the Business license on the following page https://web.teamviewer.com/ and sign in with your licensed TeamViewer account on the new device afterwards.
If you see a pop-up message regarding no license moves left, please contact the TeamViewer support team for further assistance.
