To join the company profile, we need to check if the company admin's email account is entered correctly, and the company administrator will need to accept the request for the final confirmation. Please avoid sharing any personal and private information in the public forum.
At the same time, please check with your company admin to accept your request to join the company. This action needs to be performed on your company admin's side. The admin will be able to check and accept the request on the TeamViewer Management Console.
