Lenovo K8 note - not able to remote control

Hi,

I have recently bought a Lenovo K8 Note and am trying to control device remotely with team viewer. But for some reason it says "this device supports screen sharing only".

Is the screen sharing not supported on this device?

Is it possible for you to fix?
