Can't connect to existing computer

I can no longer connect to one of our computers. I deleted it from trusted devices and now I can't add it back because it says it is already there? I paid for team viewer to connect to this specific computer and now I can't. Thanks for any help

    Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to our Community!

    To validate a device as a trusted device you just need to log in with your account on the equipment to receive the validation email. The partner device doesn't need to be in your trust device list in order for you to remotely connect with it.

    What is the error message that you receive when you try to connect with your remote device?
