When I try to start TV, the following error is displayed: "Failed to update TeamViewer service properties". If I click 'OK' TV seems to start and run ok. I want to know how to stop this error from happening. This only started happening in the last few weeks. (Latest update?)
I am logged on to my Windows 10 system as a Std User. When I first logon to my Windows user, I also noticed that the taskbar icon is missing. So, I need to go to the Win Start menu to launch it. I also have a desktop icon. When I right-click the icon and select 'Run as Administrator' it launches without error.
If I switch user to my administrator account and run TV, the error does not occur and it no longer occurs when I return to my Std User account. It will remain this way until the next time I shutdown and start my system. And the desktop icon is now present.
