It seems today that several PCs I've checked will not let the TV 11 app login to get the userlist.
The app does get an ID, so it connects that way, but logging in is timing out (:Sign in request faiuled! The server did not respond) I've tried a couple different ISPs.
Also, if I do try to connect directly to a TV ID, it fails (times out).
If I try the TV app on my iphone, I DO see the list, but the vast majority of connections still seem to fail.
Did TV make some recent changes? This is really bad, I could not help several customers already today.
