QuickSupport Module (Users Cannot See any new sessions in Service Queue)

Hello, i am new with setting up Teamviewer Modules. when end users click the QuickSupport download link and then connect to everything, the end users are not able to see the sessions waiting, this keeps them from assigning these sessions to themselves to utilize the module. How do i enable my end users to see the active sessions in the service queue? Here is the module config:
Would anyone know what the issue might be and what id have to do to allow my users to see all the online sessions?
