Unable to migrate devices to Device Group

Hi

I have been adding myself as a manager to devices and setting up unattended access for myself. Thereafter I migrate the device to a General device group which gives some users who belong to that group unattended access as well.

This worked well for a while but now when I do a manual migration the devices are just flagged as needing migration but never migrate to the device group I specify

I am not actually sure what the issue could be I am repeating the same steps I have done before

    I don't understand the migration and why I have to migrate over and over??? It never fails, every month one device isn't recognized with their stupid update. This is a horrible application and I'm sick of searching the "community" for answers to something I paid [Removed as per Community Guidelines] for. Customer service is horrible!

    Firstly, can you kindly share what happened with your device and TeamViewer please? When the issue happens, did TeamViewer pop up any error message? What is the operating system of your device and the current TeamViewer version?

    I would like to advise that TeamViewer does offer regular software updates to ensure that all TeamViewer users experience the latest features and stronger security for remote connections. If the update fails, we need to find out if it is related to the compatibility or any other reasons. That is the reason that we need you to provide us with your TeamViewer information.

    Across all 3 posts from you, I saw that you mentioned phone support limitation. I would also confirm with you that there is no phone support available if you have a TeamViewer Remote Access license. However, raising a support ticket is possible if you want to get assistance from the TeamViewer Support Team.
