TV connections Rejects

Options

Whenever I try to remote in a user's machine, the connection is automatically rejected without user knowing it or prompt! It shows as successfully installed in Endpoint! This has been happening quiet often now. Are there any solutions to check which machines are affected and sort it out? Any help is appreciated! Thank you.


P.S- when TeamViewer is repaired on Programs and Features then it works. Just need to find the machines having this issue and get it ready for remote connections as required!
