personal use
I use TeamViewer for personal, one-on-one troubleshooting sessions, typically once or twice a month. I assist my sister with remote computer issues in Hawaii. However, during yesterday’s session, after successfully fixing my sister’s document, we encountered a black screen. It appears that we may now be required to pay for the service.
My questions:
1. Can we pay by each using not by monthly or yearly?
2. Am I responsible for the charges, or is it the other party?
Thanks.

Hi @manfeilee,
Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community!
Currently, TeamViewer only offers annual subscriptions.
If you are interested in the TeamViewer license, we would advise you to contact our sales team directly and check the following article to find more information about this topic: All about subscription
Please also know that using TeamViewer for personal use is free. Kindly provide us with more information about your case and a screenshot of the error message if you received any. So that we may guide you better!
Thanks in advance.
Best,
