WHEN USING TV MY SCREEN FREEZES UNLESS I KEEP MOVING THE MOUSE
Seeing this issue also, on certain clients.
Screen updates stop unless the mouse moves. Performance has also degraded, can't really tell when this happened since we have updates nearly every other day.
I have the same issue. The screen will not refresh unless I move the mouse. No problem with the internet connection (260 Mbps the remote pc, 30 Mbps my pc).
TV version remote (Windows): 15.50.5 H
My pc (Mac): 15.50.5
Has anything been done regarding this ? I'm also having this issue. Screen will not refresh or show movement unless I wiggle or move the mouse.
Hard to believe how far down this software has gone since I signed up for it awhile ago. One nagging issue after another.
I am also having this issue. Not with every customer, but most. Yesterday I was connected to 2 customers, one would do this and the other did not. Both were large corporations with excellent internet connections. Other work colleagues are having this same issue.
