Lost phone where TV qr is stored

Hi, I have lost my phone where Teamviewer QR is stored, since that, I can't remote connect some of my remote devices as it requests answer and approval from lost phone. How could I restore or avoid from using this? can I connect using my new smartphone Teamviewer newly installed application?

Would you mind confirming that you are talking about the TFA for connections?

If this is the case, then you can remove approval devices in the TeamViewer options on the remote device.

Also, it is possible to add multiple approval devices for a remote device. You'll be able to add your new smartphone as an approved device.
