I purchased TeamViewer and it did not do what I need it to do. Would like to cancel within the 7-day refund period.
Can someone from support raise a ticket and contact me during Australian Business hours?

We invite you to directly submit a ticket from the TeamViewer Support Portal.
Please click on the following link and log in with your TeamViewer licensed account: Submit a ticket
You'll be able to request the cancellation of your subscription, within the 7-day refund period.
