Purchased TeamViewer License on 12/12 - Not What I Need - Refund Requested

Hi,

I purchased TeamViewer and it did not do what I need it to do. Would like to cancel within the 7-day refund period.

Can someone from support raise a ticket and contact me during Australian Business hours?
