adding a new device to free TV account

i'm not able to install teamviewer on my new laptop.. not sure why..

i want to access, remotely my PC from my new laptop.

my TV account is old, unused for a few years, so it looks like a lot of changes have happened.

can you direct me to where i can download to my laptop so i can access back and forth between my PC and laptop
