Why am I getting this error message? I have a paid license and both devices are logged in.

I'm trying to share my phone screen on my laptop and getting this error. I have 3 devices on my license, only using one (Desktop). I've linked the mobile. Both the mobile and the desktop are signed into the same account.

All I want to do is show my mobile screen on my laptop for live product demos.

Any help is really appreciated.

For TeamViewer license holders, please note that the Mobile Device Support AddOn is required to connect mobile devices, and the Mobile Device Support AddOn is only available with a Business, Premium, Corporate or Tensor license.
