team viewer activation for single user

Hi Community ,

I have just purchased a team viewer license and trying to activate the license but getting the error that a license already exist with the email ID .


I had a team viewer license couple of years back which I did not renew last year but decided to repurchase this year again .how to solve this now .

  • Hello, I can't deactivate device. Error: no license moves left.

    License is: Business Subscription, 1 channels, 1 users.

    How to deactivate device ?

    Hi @Rimantas,

    Welcome to our Community and thanks for your post!

    The Business license has a limited number of devices you can use (3 devices) and it allows 9 movements per year in case you need to format or exchange a device.

    When the movements zero out, you need to contact our support team directly via ticket or phone.
