How to extract IP addresses from connections_incoming log file

Hello,

I am trying to understand how to extract IP addresses from TV sessions.

I found the Connections_incoming.txt file.

Other than the usernames of the local+remote users, and the time+date of the connection, there is just some long string. What can I extract from this data and how?

Please review the screenshot below. Appreciate your help with this!
