There is no file transfer button on my TeamViewer, why?

I am unable to do a file transfer from my remote computer to my computer as there is no file transfer button or function available. What is wrong?

Hello @MeiLengWong_33 and a big welcome to the TeamViewer Community family!

To see the connection functions, you need to hover the mouse over the device and tick the box next to it.

Then, the file transfer (and other connection methods) will be displayed.

Also, I see that one of your devices requires a migration. You can learn here how to proceed: Migrate your devices
