Hi,
I have my debit card details registered with you and you have made a unauthorised charge [removed per Community Guidelines] to the debit card today. I would like to receive the refund for the unauthorised charge and i would like to delete my card details. When i tried to activate the customer web portal it is asking for the invoice number. Which i dont have. How can i access the customer web portal without invoice number and delete the debit card details so that you dont my charge my card without authorising.
