Error when opening Service Queue
When I open the Service Queue menu in the Desktop app I get the message: "ervice cases could not be loaded. Please change your filters or reload the list"
Removing filters/Reloading does not work.
In the browser https://web.teamviewer.com/service-queue I do see the list
How can I fix this?

I was unable to replicate this on my end - in both TeamViewer Remote and the web app I was able to load the Service Queue.
As always, I would suggest a fresh installation of TeamViewer Remote to ensure there is no device-specific issue. You may want to remove all remnants to completely uninstall the current installation before re-installing:
Should the issue persist past this, as it is a licensed feature I would recommend reaching out to our support teams directly for further investigation. You may find local numbers here or can submit a ticket using these instructions.
