Departure of the worker we do not have access data for TeamViewer Premium, Remote Worker Addon

Hello,

I need help with access to our company account after the worker who managed it left. We have purchased the Premium version, Remote Worker Addon, but when we try to log in, Teamviewer requires a security code or a recovery code that is 16 digits long. However, we do not know any of this. Can you please help me?

    Hi @Agricola,

    Welcome to our Community, we are happy to have you here for the first time!

    The security code you mention is a feature called two-factor authentication, that protects an account from unauthorized access with an additional code and can be only deactivated that is 16 digits code that you mention. For this case you have the following options:

    • Contact the user who activated this account and make them give you this code of 16 digits, since at the moment of activation the system gave it to them, so you can deactivate the two-factor authentication.
    • Contact our ☎️support team, to whom you will explain the situation, they will open a support ticket and assist you further.

    We understand it´s a bit complicated and to avoid these incidents, we always suggest our customers to create a master account, for details:
