Trying to access my Mac from my iPhone. It has worked fine for years.

New version is hokey

I keep getting a popup on my iPhone

"Connection Request"

Then;

"Do you want to allow this connection?"

How do I turn this off?

I have allow full access set on my computer

MacOS 14,2

iOS 17.2

    Hi @ChrisCA3 ,

    We are happy to see you visiting us again!

    From the image and explanation sent, it would seem that the Mac you´re trying to access has been activated a Two-factor authentication for connections.

    This feature enables you to allow or deny connections via push notifications on a mobile device, that matches the image you have sent.

    If you want to remove this feature, we recommend you enter this link where we explain how to do it 📃 Two-Factor Authentication for connections.

    We hope you find this suggestion useful and keep us posted on the results.

    Have a nice day!
