my password is not showing i can only see my id so how can i share my account to other's0

If you are referring to the random password that is not shown next to the TeamViewer ID on your device, the random password might be disabled.
Please navigate to Settings (⚙) → Advanced settings → Open advanced settings → Security and locate the Random password settings to set your preferred password strength:
After this, could you please check if the random password is displayed on your device?
Once the random password is enabled, you are ready to have remote support by sharing your TeamViewer ID and Password with the supporter. Kindly check more detailed info on this here: Connect via ID and password
