I'm reaching out about a user experiencing problems with TeamViewer. Whenever she attempts to copy and paste from the remote connection device, she finds it impossible to do so.
I conducted a test with her connecting to my device, and she was able to copy and paste without any issues. However, when she tested with two other colleagues, she couldn't copy.
Do you have any suggested solutions to resolve this issue?
