Unattended Device Reports do not link to ServiceNow task id

I am not sure if I am in the right forum location, but I am working with a client on a TeamViewer Enterprise-ServiceNow integration. When initiating an attended device support link, the task id is related to the session and will display in the task related list. When initiating an unattended device remote session, the task id is NOT relating. the security policy on the TeamViewer Enterprise scoped app does not allow me to debug the unattended device macro. How is this supposed to work? The documentation is not very helpful for this particular situation.
