Using trial version is faster than I paid for it

When I using trial version to remote my desktop, its speed is quite smooth for using it. I decide to pay for it. After I paid, it is remote speed is too slow to use. Those systems are all the same. This is not a good user experience for me. Do we have any suggestions for this situation? Thanks a lot.

I think so, but the fact looks different. Thanks. I've submit a ticket for it.
