Why didn't migration work? Or why doesn't it show that it did?

I watched the video and followed the instructions to the end and it said it successfully migrated 2 devices, but, even after shutting down TeamViewer and restarting, it says all my devices need migrating, however when I try to do the migration again it can't find any devices to migrate.
