Prompt for confirmation during windows logon

We are looking for a way to enable 'Prompt for Confirmation' in the logon screen.

Currently it is only working once a user is logged on.

Is this possible?


Reason:

We have a mechanic in the field who has somehow changed his Windows & TeamViewer password but is unable to logon, there is no way for him to give us control now.. We do see the machine online in the Teamviewer portal.

    I would also like to see this option. Or the ability to have it allow it on sign in screen but prompt when someone is logged in.
