Migration required?

Free user - I use Teamviewer to support my elderly mother and mother-in-law's computers.
Recently noticed both of their computers show "Migration required" under their computers, though I can connect fine at the moment.
I can not figure out what this means, if I need to do it, and what the consequences are.
