Using from Android to personnal PC : Commercial usage detected

Hi,

I've an problem, i use some time my Android phone under 4G (connected to my TV account), for connect to my personnal PC (also connected to my TV account) and i've directly "Commercial usage detected". Why ?

But with another PC to my personnal PC, i've not this problem. Not need to make request for reset my ID.... My Android phone is blacklisted ?

Additionnals informations:

My PC is associed into TV account.

My phone can't be associed into TV account

(TeamViewer ask me password android device, i've not password displayed into android app... 😅)
