How to deactivate Service Camp from Outlook - 365 Account

As it is no longer in the list of Add-ins I can't find Service Camp like with ohter Add-ins to uninstall / deactivate them. I need to get rid of it as we don't use it anymore but it uses space in our Outlook ribbon and is confusing for employees as we do not use it anymore. I already opened a support ticket which was closed as no one could help me.
