Teamviewer times out

I have been using Teamviewer for years to remotely support my parents. As my father does not understand anymore how to start Teamviewer and provide me with the ID and password to connect, I installed Teamviewer Host on his PC for me to be able to remotely connect to it without my father having to do anything and then installed the same for my mother.

Now the Teamviewer session ends after 1 minute or so because Teamviewer detects that I am using it commercially.

How can I get Teamviewer to work again and is it possible to use Teamviewer Host to connect to both my parents computers without it being detected as commercial use?

I have exactly the same i only use it once in a while to help friends whith computer problems i do not run a business at all and have a free account if even sais that but afther one minit it automagicaly logs out

How can i make this working again now i can not help my friend.

I have a similar problem, just we (me and my parents) only use the normal teamviewer program.
