Connecting from IOS to Raspberry Pi

Hello everyone! I am trying to use TeamViewer to connect to my raspberry pi when I am away from home. However, when I connect, it says that it’s awaiting approval from the raspberry pi. That request never came up, and I want to get rid of that request. I have full access and easy access turned on. Can anyone help me?
