To the right of the All managed devices field, it says 2/3 devices. What do 2 and 3 mean? Further down, 2 devices are displayed. So why 2 out of 3? What is the third device and why is it not displayed?

The information 2/3 devices that you can see in the All managed devices field means that with your license type, you can only have up to 3 managed devices.
At the moment, you only have 2 managed devices so you still have the possibility to add a third one to your account.
💡 For free users, the number of managed devices is 3, as stated in our announcement: TeamViewer Remote’s Free Version Redesign
