TV 11 for private use

It seems I inadvertently installed TeamViewer version 11 for commercial use, and now, after about two weeks, I attempted to utilize it only to be greeted by a message indicating that the trial period has elapsed. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling TeamViewer 11 for private use, the issue persists, as it continues to assert that the trial period has expired. I'm at a loss for how to resolve this. Can anyone offer assistance, please?

    In order to be able to work properly with TeamViewer as a private user, we recommend upgrading to the latest version of TeamViewer available on our website.

    First, we suggest you clean the software on your machine following the steps suggested here and then go to our website and download the latest version available.
