I think its 5 mins, if I remember correctly
I've used TeamViewer since 8.5 Beta, never had problems until version 15 onwards,
if my idea helps you out, please up vote it, I'm playing collect the badges for fun lol

Have been using the free version for years helping a relative and within the last month it is now cutting me off after a few minutes telling me I am blocked until ??.?? and can;t re-connect until ??.?? - does this now mean that Teamviewer want money out of me now to upgrade the licence and would this apply to my relative too???
