Connection error when trying to establish contact with another machine

I'm using TeamViwer Full complete, to try to access another machine remotely, my client left the password fixed, and gave me the ID, I can log in to transfer files, but when I go to connect to access the interface in fact, in this case a notebook running ubuntu, it flashes the window and closes, I tried to install other versions of TW, permissions in the settings but no results, what to do ?

Thanks for your first post and all the details provided!

Could you double-check if the Ubuntu notebook is using Xorg? The compatibility with Wayland is still under experimentation, and the remote sessions may work better with Xorg at the moment.
