How to downgrade from business trial to personal license

Thanks for raising attention to this topic and welcome to our Community!

You can cancel the Business trial through our Customer Portal.

Once you log into the Customer Portal, click on Subscriptions
Find the Trial order and click Manage subscription
Select More options at the top right and click Cancel trial
You will be asked if you want to cancel the license (with all add-ons) or just an add-on. Select the option that fits your needs and click Continue.
Confirm the cancelation.

Your trial has been successfully canceled, and you should receive an email with the cancellation confirmation.
