TeamViewer disconnects at random

Hi,

We have problems that seem to be completely random. Our TeamViewer clients disconnect after a short while when connected to a host, and it is impossible to connect to the remote host again. Sometimes it takes up to 15 minutes for the remote host to appear again in the adress book of our support staff clients.

We have over 20 Managed Groups, conditional access is active. Our clients and hosts are all automatically kept up to date.
