For failing to take action, TeamViewer automatically processed a full year payment, rather than send an invoice as they have in years past. I had no intention of renewing, and they refuse to refund the amount they charged me.
I have no intention of using the license in the upcoming year[removed per Community Guidelines] down the drain for me, to benefit a company who clearly does not care about doing the right thing for their clients. 2 MILLION users and they still need my [removed per Community Guidelines].
