Bought license and credit card charged but have not received email

I've paid for the teamviewer remote access plan and my credit card is already charged, however i have only received the order confirmation email but not the email for the invoice and license activation. On top of that, my customer portal is not showing any invoices/subscriptions update either. Please help.
