Not refreshing if I do not move the mouse. There is any solution out of the box? How to send a ticket? I was not able to signal the bug to the developer team. The issue after upgrade about 2 month ago and nothing has changed with the last release.

To correct this issue, you will want to perform the following actions below. Start a TeamViewer remote session with a device of your choice > select the View tab above the session > Quality > Custom Settings > Colors set to High or True Color > Choose any Quality > Most important, select Whole Screen from the drop-down menu next to Fast Video Streaming > Apply > OK.
