Remote Access Computer

Just renewed my subscription (Remote Access) and have problems remote accessing / defining my 3rd (work) computer (Password when I don't have one, etc). I therefore deleted the Device in the web App in order to redefine it.

Now, I can see the computer in "My Computers" in the Desktop App (old interface) but I do not see it in the web Teamviewer Application (same Acct). I am trying to "+ Add Device" for this and I get the message " You have reached the limit of changing your devices within your subscription period. Upgrade your license or contact support."

Any ideas ? DO I have to wait until the end of the month ?

  • Super annoying, getting the same now after and upgrade. Reminds me why we stopped using this service. Constant burdens.
