I paid for premium subscription but I can't see the expiration date of my licences in the section "Billing" \ "License Usage".

If I click on "Subscription" menu I have a link to access "Customer Portal". I'm welcome on this portal by a message "your account is not actived".

If I want to activate my account, I need to set an invoice number started by Rxxxxx or 210xxxx. The invoice I get from my reseller doesn't match…

Could you please tell me how to get some help ?
