I hope this is the right forum to ask. If not, I apologise and I would like to know the right one.
I am using TeamViewer (version 15.54.3) on my Mac and I need to support my old mom. I do not have a license. I have put TeamViewer QuickSupport on her Mac and instructed her know to launch it and what numbers to tell me over the phone in order for me to open a connection into her Mac.
Now I am getting pop-ups saying that this will cease to work. If I go to the downloads page at the TeamViewer site and download TeamViewer QuickSupport, I get an older version than my mom has.
Where can I find such version that works with mine and my mom can use? In other words her version should be as simple as the current TeamViewer QuickSupport.
