Can't receive password reset mail

I am managing the email server of a company. An employee created a TeamViewer account with the email address [removed by moderator], but they reported that they are unable to log in because the password reset email did not arrive. I suspected that the email might have been filtered as spam, but that does not seem to be the case. I am posting here because I think the account might be suspended by TeamViewer. I would appreciate it if you could check the status of the account.

    Since you mentioned that the user just created the account, could you ask the employee to check his inbox if he received the account verification mail and verified the account?

    The employee says that there are no such email in his inbox.

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    In this case, please ask the employee to try creating a TeamViewer account with this email address.

    There's a chance that the account creation process wasn't successful (e.g. due to a typo).
