I want to buy a single remote access licence, to be installed on my laptop and then I will user my mobile to access to it.

You can use a mobile Android or iOS device to remote into standard computers just fine. If you wanted to remote into a mobile device, that is a different story. That would require a Mobile Device Support Add-On license. As for which license you should get specifically, each of our licenses supports using a mobile device as a starting point, so for a recommendation, I suggest contacting our Licensing Department via any of the contact methods listed in the link below.
