    It looks like the TeamViewer Remote Access has not yet been activated on your TeamViewer account. We have detailed instructions on Activate and set up your Remote Access license, kindly follow the steps and complete the activation.

    I replied this email but my email was rejected by teamvier saying security policies… or what to do, it says to reply the email… hence
