Is it possible to provide users who are based in Russia with a TeamViewer Corporate License that was purchased in Switzerland? The users in Russia work remotely on computers located in Switzerland.

Please know that it is prohibited to transfer or share a TeamViewer license with any third party (sec. B.1.3 EULA, EULA / DPA (teamviewer.com)). In addition, the license may only be used by Authorized Users, e.g. employees, and solely for the support of Customer’s internal business. If the license is purchased by a Customer based in Switzerland, it can solely be used by this Customer for its internal purposes by its own employees. Furthermore, a license must not be used in Sanctioned Territory (sec. B.3.2 EULA), e.g. in Russia. We appreciate your understanding. Best, Nadin
