Licence and Invoicing
Hello, I have purchased a license and the amount has been charged to my account. However, when I try to access the invoice, I'm told that I'm using a free license. For this reason, I'm also unable to download the invoice. Since I'm registered as a free license user despite having made a payment, I can't open a ticket and had to register on this forum instead.
Please open an appropriate support ticket for me, as I need the invoice.

Welcome to the Community and we are sorry to hear about the inconvenience with the onboarding process.Please know that it is required to activate the TeamViewer license and customer portal separately after purchasing the TeamViewer license.
- A licensed TeamViewer account is necessary both for submitting a support ticket and for establishing licensed remote connections.
- Additionally, activating the portal grants access to the Customer Portal, allowing you to manage your customer data, invoices, and subscriptions.
Could you please check your email inbox, including the spam folder, to locate the activation link in the purchase email from TeamViewer?
Once you can confirm the activation links, you are ready to take the activation procedures:
- TeamViewer Customer Portal
- License Activation Guides (Please visit the article and select the TeamViewer license that you purchased to find a suitable activation process with your license)

thank you for your reply.
I have one activation E-Mail, but when I click on the link, i get the message, that it is invalid. I have another E-Mail which asks me to register to the Newsletter, which I don't think is necessary, right?
So sadly I still can't access the portal since i don't have the invoice, neither a license, because Teamviewer is still saying my license is free.Since this is taking up a lot of time, is it possible, to just receive my one invoice via Mail and Delete my Account afterwards?
I just need the invoice for my taxes…Kind Regards,
